    Spent my Christmas there & was impressed by the cleanliness, wide food varieties enough for all guests, alot of renovations making the hotel very new, staff friendly & helpful Will recommend anyone to visit them anytime

    We at visionary secondary school had a very easy and good time. The staff were prompt ,, room service was great,, the chef was very professional and listened to all concerns. The manager was ontop of things. Our stay was suberp and the learners had a fantastic time. I highly recommend

    Traveled with a group, so we had a large block of rooms. the food was good and the restaurant faces the ocean! (which we didn't find out until sunrise at breakfast ....when the monkeys come to try and eat with you!) my room had a power issue that reset the air conditioner every time I left the room. It took me going to the front desk to have maintenance reset it the first time to learn the trick instead of changing rooms or waiting for them each time. the water never got hot in my shower, yet others in our group complained that all their water was too hot. also, the shower water smelled fishy and tasted like it was piped in directly from the ocean. The buildings and amenities were beautiful, and you could see that renovations were being made so possibly in a few months it could be a stellar location.
