The beachfront's romantic and the rooms are spacious, but the WiFi is useless for remote work and the breakfast service is a mess—uncooked pancakes and staff on their phones instead of helping you. Come for the location and views, not the execution.

    The service at breakfast was terrible to say the least. Our pancakes were uncooked, didn't even get past the first bite. The person at the omelette stand was busy on his phone, not caring that we were standing there waiting. We forgot a watch there, sent someone to pick it only for them to find one of your staff at the reception wearing it!

    The place is amazing and stunning. Perfect for couples , photos nice views and the perfect vacation. However the WiFi is very bad not good to work with or even receive calls. They definitely need to improve on that. In a world where people want to work remotely this should not be a concern . If you are looking to work while on your trip this is not the place for you.

    I came here a few times about 3 years ago, my experience then was wonderful. I am not usually a repeat traveler but my first experience was too great it made me come back 3 more times. I traveled during off-peak seasons so I enjoyed the resort and services thoroughly. I had nothing to complain about. The food was great, the staff were friendly and always helpful, the room was clean and being cleaned daily as well, I had the time of my life by their multiple pools and the beach. The Resort is beach front with white sands, really breathtaking especially during sunrise. I made so many international and local friends here with whom I'm still in touch today. I loved my times here. I hope the standards have held up.
