    Be cautious when visiting Kilili Baharini Hotel. During my recent visit, the owner behaved in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner toward my Black girlfriend, repeatedly asking staff to get her phone number. His actions were intrusive and offensive. It was disappointing to witness such behavior, which came across as discriminatory and unprofessional. I share this to caution others and encourage the management to uphold higher standards of respect and integrity.

    Amazing holiday destination 😄 Superb service from crew. Shoutout to Branice for amazing service and guidance🥳. If on À la carte, don't rely on the menu of the day, order your delicacy of choice and the service crew will guide you. We thank Branice for informing us about it🍲🍛.     Was staying there during Essence of Africa. A shame that they had the opportunity to showcase their product to top tourism people, but missed the chance. Not great to be honest.

    A world-class beach resort located in Malindi town offering amazing conference facilities, restaurant & hotel facilities. The hotel has conserved the environment by keeping indigenous trees and planting others exotic ones providing a great nature and sea experience. Their customer service is excellent and there's lots of activities to engage in while at the resort.

    Splendid all round! Gorgeous coastal decor everywhere. The place is immaculately clean. Such a lovely atmosphere. I had indulgent spa experiences and got some much needed rest and recuperation at the serene beach front. All the staff were friendly and the service efficient. They've got a great menu and are very accommodating. Loved it here!
