Molto carino il resort piccolo ma accogliente e curato. Cucina varia e frutta sempre tagliata al momento. Escursioni consiglio unico e inevitabile Discovery Kenya con Fragola. Marafa incantevole apertivo direttamente con i babbuini. Safari Tsavo eccellente non potevamo scegliere di meglio, ci hanno accompagnato durante la nostra escursione guida Pappagallo e autista Daniel. Aspettative superate, persone disponibili e molto cordiali alla domanda che animale ti piacerebbe? Richieste esaudite .. con successo,dopo appena pochi minuti di entrata al parco. Guida Pappagallo trasmette tutta la sua passione nelle spiegazioni degli animali. Jamboo!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Jumbo Resort di Watamu e possiamo dire di essere davvero soddisfatti. Il resort è molto bello, curato La struttura si mangia davvero bene. Il safari l’avevamo già organizzato con Discovery Kenya con Fragola. È stata un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. 🦁🐘🦒 Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere Daniel, il nostro autista e la nostra guida il mitico Papagallo, che si è dimostrato una persona eccezionale. Preparato, disponibile, simpatico e sempre attentissimo a farci vivere al meglio ogni momento del safari. La sua esperienza ci ha permesso di vedere tantissimi animali, anche molto da vicino, e di scoprire tante cose sulla natura e sulla vita del parco. ci hanno accompagnato durante tutta l’esperienza con passione e professionalità. 🐘❤️ Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere il Kenya non solo come una vacanza, ma come un’esperienza da ricordare. 🇰🇪❤️

Jumbo resort the rules you have of discriminating other tour companies from bringing and picking clients outside the gate is very wrong if you all had a private parking area for other companies it could be better but keep us on the dusty side way ain't good, If you don't want us to get into the hotel with our clients why don't you put a rule only the contracted companies like alpitour and the selected few to be the only ones to be bringing guests this is not good please. We are business people let's do business in a equal manner. I personally did not like that.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at Jumbo. The all inclussive arrangement was fantastic, the rooms were great, staff were welcoming. The hotel was predominantly occupied by Italian Patrons. We felt at home every minute of our stay

Beautiful resort, rooms, pathways to the beach, sun chairs were all clean and staff were always helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Do note that mid July isn't the best period to go as the weather was windy and a little cloudy. A great idea if you want to relax on the beach for a couple of days after a week of Safari ( which is what we did ) All in all, we had a lovely experience at Jumbo, we were also greeted by a family of cats which was a pleasant surprise. Just a note for the Italians and French who go there ( as some of the staff serving food can't speak your language let alone understand ) . For the love of god, learn some basic English. Rather than pointing to the food you want to eat at the buffet, learn to say ' Can I please have some of ... ' or ' I would like some of..., please ' Also, say THANK YOU to the staff who take your drinks and plates from your table.

Great satisfaction with the hotel and even more satisfaction with the staff. The room is beautifully cleaned every day, everyone in the restaurant works hard and takes away the dishes quickly, brings drinks and everyone smiles. We really liked the food, especially the seafood at dinner, the selection was not huge but it was enough. Maybe for breakfast I would have more non-sweet pastries. Rooms huge, a bit outdated. What bothered me was the air conditioning right above the bed, it couldn't be adjusted very well and it blew behind our necks. The dining times could also be adjusted better, for example dinner at 8 in the evening is quite late and closing the bar at 10 when the evening program starts at 10 is a bad idea in my opinion. I was missing a "do not disturb" sign in the room, otherwise I am satisfied with everything, the program was also good and I praise the hotel, that the beach boys cannot go to the sunbeds. I warmly recommend.

I stayed at the hotel 15-22.12 and it was fantastic time! First of all people-service who smiled a lot and was very kind and helpful. Then all hotel surrounded by palm tree what created great exotic atmosphere I really appreciate warm water in swimming pool- I always have problem to go in to the swimming pool because cold water and here I didn't have any problem because it has right temperature. Food - was very delicious and various. Live cooking and pasta was the best. What can be improved - animators can invite people not only on the beach but on the swimming pool as well. We sat near swimming pool and unfortunately was encouraged to animations at the end of stay. Swimming pool should be cleaned more often. Although overall it was really good stay and I definitely recommend the hotel. ☺️
