  We book our holiday with Stayforlong. Complained about the hotel but no reply. am sorry to say our experience in cocoa luxury resort was total disappointment, what you see on line when booking is completely different when you get there, the hotel is run down we could not believe that we were were going to be there for 14 nights, we started looking for somewhere else to go, but we paid lots of money for the holiday and travelled long way. and couldn't afford to book another hotel. We noticed that majority of people who book cocoa resort is locals very few foreigners

  We spent a few days on Christmas here in 2024 and 2025. A large family of 11. In 2024 everything was perfect, that's why we decided to come back the following year. The hotel was okay but things were not the same. At the reception there is a guy who wears spectacles. He was terrible from the moment we arrived. Absolutely terrible. Luckily the other staff were great so it made up for his lack of hospitality. The food was great in 2024. 5/5. But in 2025 there were no options in the buffet. The food was good, but very little options so it was disappointing. We had booked 5 rooms and 3 of them had constant AC issues making the stay very uncomfortable. Other than the options in the buffet, the gentleman at the reception and the AC issues, everything was terrific. A staff member called Lilian was awesome. She really did her best to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. It's a great hotel with a few issues to remedy. The location is fantastic.

  Not a bad place but more could be done to it. I loved the reception area it had a really good ambience. The bathrooms are badly in need renovations. Food was good enjoyed the buffet, however the breakfast buns tasted as if the dough was bad. The staff were really nice and welcoming.

  Hello My experience here almost got so bad on day 1 with a room full of mosquitoes and uncooked food but it got way much better with the help of Thomas. My baby and I enjoyed the move from room 727 which was pathetic to a heavenly 737......thank you all for this wonderful experience revived especially because I had just given my 9 month old her first vacation. I left happy

  Cocoa Luxury Resort has potential, but the rooms are clearly worn out. Everything feels old and overused — from the furniture to the bedding, and especially the bathrooms, which are stained and discolored from years of use. It’s not just outdated; it’s deteriorated. That said, the staff were warm, helpful, and attentive. The service really stood out, even if the facilities didn’t. With a serious renovation, this place could be great — but as it stands, you’re paying for hospitality, not comfort.
