The location is stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking ocean views. The rooms are super spacious, spotless, and the staff are extremely kind and always attentive. But major complaints: ancient air conditioners barely work, sewage smell from bathroom drains, noisy music until midnight, and poolside rooms are so hot you sweat constantly.
