  They put great attention to detail. I always do Manicuere and pedicure there. It is also having a nice ambiente of the rooms. Very clean. And it never smells of nail chemicals as very well ventilated through fresh air from the windows.

  No attention to detail when it comes to NATURAL HAIR! These people should know that people with natural hair know how to take care of their hair and as such when a salonist takes shortcuts we NOTICE! And then you're even impersonal when addressing clients. I stopped washing my own hair Because of reactions on my skin but if this is the service delivery then I would rather soldier on. As you invest in your space and ambience, invest in professional staff. STYLE UP!

  You just lost a customer. I just got ripped off and I am so salty about it. I have been a regular customer to this place because I get good service all the time, However todays experience left me with a bitter taste. I always make it a habit to consult before am offered any service; so as to get my needs clearly stated and to know the price so that I see if its within my budget; and this time as per norm I did the same. Then I was assigned someone, who ought to have been briefed on what I wanted and I didn't have to repeat it to her; because at the rate she started the process, I assumed she was good to go because she didn't ask me for any clarification; just to what degree I wanted to soften my hair- of which I told her. The hair service was great until it came time for me to make the payment; apparently they had included a service which firstly I wasn't told was a requirement and secondly they didn't get my approval to do it , and they charged me for it. At that time I was so furious, words escaped me, only after I had cooled off did I call them back and stated my complaint, and then they started including me in their internal negligence. I asked them how they were going to solve it and all they could offer was an apology and the lady I was talking to, had the audacity to tell me, that she didn't know I would be offended, Really!!!!! How would i not be offended when you charge me and extra 2000 above my budget. Then I also got my nails done, and wasn't that an harrowing experience. The lady after completing the manicure left my hands all dry and chapped, no lotion nothing so I had to source my own from my bag. This place will be run down by untrained/unprofessional staff. Everyone in the beauty industry ought to know things regarding their specialization and if you don't know call someone who does to advice the client and not, make the client pay for your negligence. Now instead of retaining this customer- I am so gone. What business should know is word of mouth reviews are powerful. From a really frustrated customer.
