An excellent gym and very experienced instructors. Large and very clean changing rooms and showers (lots of hot water). There are many equipment options available to include free weights and machines.

Good gym, well equipped and has a variety of group classes. Showers and toilets are clean & well maintained. Membership Fee is fair. Docked 2 stars for filming that occurs without client consent. It is jarring to be filmed when working out and sweaty & broadcast to 10s of thousands of followers, without someone asking first. Especially for members who work very sensitive jobs. No disclaimer/consent signed when you become a member. Requiring opt-in consent forms when joining for any content that will be posted publicly would go a long way in making members more comfortable and avoiding potential legal issues.

The gym is located inside Junction Mall on the 2nd floor. Some equipments are old and rusted, their stair master has a broken step and they lack other basic gym equipment, so you must improvise. Their washroom and showers are great, they have trainers on the floor who can assist, spray bottled sanitizer/towels to wipe down whatever you've used. It gets pretty crowded over the week. Generally, disappointing but you can still train.

Plenty of machines and not too busy

Well, this is one of the best gym around Nairobi that's worth its money. Customer service is very professional plus the gym trainers. They offer fitness classes ranging from spinning, dancing and aerobics. Machines are quite in number, be assured you won't miss any. The only downside is only during peak hours where the spaces get very limited.
