One of the best gyms in Nairobi with great equipment and the best coaches you can find — always listening, helpful, and pushing you to your limits in a good way. Very professional trainers who check on you when you disappear and give nutritional and cardio advice. More focused on functional training than conventional machines.

I found my home gym with Upfit .. and over 2 years later, I'm so glad I joined. Very professional trainers who push you, check on you when you "disappear", give you nutritional and cardio advice even beyond the gym! Highly recommend!!

Despite the aches the pains, my spirit is always lifted when I go to Upfit. They truly know what they are doing. Best gym in Kilimani, in my humble opinion

The gym has friendly coaches with well arranged weights and equipment and a clean changing room. Also, it seems like it's more for functional training because it doesn't have most of the conventional equipment that other gyms have like treadmills, spin bikes, etc. Rates are inclusive of use of gym equipment and a personal coach. Overall, i had a great bootcamp experience at Upfit Gym and would highly recommend.

This is one of the best gym in Nairobi!! Great equipment, the best coaches that you can find! Always listening and helpful!! They’ll push you to your limits (in the good way)!! The atmosphere is just wonderful there!! Don’t wait to go and try!!

Absolutely love training at Upfit gym. It’s easily accessible, great location, aesthetically pleasing, clean, and modern with a great vibe. The trainers are incredibly hands on, guiding you every step of the way and always there to support and help you through your workout. The atmosphere is so cool and motivating, it makes you want to keep coming back. Results are guaranteed with such an inspiring environment. Highly recommend.
