Juice bar (JooSmoo) serves tasty drinks and cakes, and there's a mini football pitch outside. Path gets muddy when it rains, so bring a 4-wheel drive during wet season. One of Nairobi's favorite fitness spots.

    I had such a great workout time Alpha gym. The gym has an exciting environment, good reception and registration process, schedule and availability of personal trainer. It's quite a fit for all purpose gym for athletes, sport persons, boxers, and everyone who likes to keep fit in one way or the other. Outside the gym by the entrance to the compound hosting the gym is a mini football pitch. There are nice merchandise that are catchy and beautiful to hold. This is one of my favourite places in Nairobi for sure.

    Hot trainers! I love the embience! The place is super clean, stocked with enough fitness equipment, staff are super polite, good music choice too. The only downsides for me is the muddy path leading to the gym, use a 4 wheel drive when its rainy. Asides that, I LOVE IT!
