    Incredibly disrespectful management. When they hold 5am classes, it is the entire surrounding neighborhood that wakes up for it. I’m not sure how people inside can even hear one another. This has happened over years, waning when residents push, but returning again afterwards.

    This used to be my go to gym as my place is close by. Unfortunately, it has become quite run down. Not a single piece of equipment has been maintained: handles are missing from machines, cables are broken and are at risk of causing injury, soap is missing from restrooms ...etc etc. Very disappointing because the place used to be really nice. ***Management, step up! Stop being cheap! I will be happy to update my review if routine maintenance is done. Otherwise, off to a better gym! There are new ones popping up in the neighborhood every few months.

    A nice gym with more than enough equipment and accessories to have an effective and fun workout, the blend of red and black in the interior makes it tasteful. Separate Spin and aerobics studio coupled with an outdoor boxing ring and a floodlit six a side football pitch, and many more makes this the place to be.

    This gym is in Nairobi, Kenya. This establishment is top tier and highly compatible with most gyms in America. It exceeds expectations with free weights, squat rack, 2 spin rooms, professional boxing ring, small astro turf soccer field with goals, kettle bells, ellipticals, pull-up rack and much more.

    That's one beautiful gym. Even though I went for a photoshoot there, that's a great place to workout from. An awesome environment. Well equipped, spacious, clean, with a boxing ring, football turf and outdoor workout spaces too.
