  Visiwa is our all-time favourite lunch spot in Watamu. The ocean breeze, beautiful views, delicious food and consistently great service make it a place we always come back to. Never disappoints.

  Went to Visiwa for NYE dinner with my family and it was a terrible experience. First they never recorded our reservation from 3 weeks prior. After a few hours of back and forth in the morning, they managed to squeeze us in for the dinner service but I wish we never went. It was a special 4 course menu that cost about $90 pp and the food was awful (overcooked and cold seafood dishes that were obviously overpriced) and even worse service (courses coming in the wrong order, 1 hour delays between courses, waiter disappearing, management didn't care, better treatment for white Italian tables). We didn't even stay till midnight because we wanted to leave as soon as we could.

  Beautiful hotel located on the beach. Interior/decor was absolutely amazing. The room was a good size with a stunning ocean view 🤩 Had the best fruit and fresh juice I’ve ever tried! Food was Italian which was nice and good quality. The only minus was that the water pressure in our shower was very bad so it was difficult to take a good shower. Staff was super friendly and really good with kids.

  Visiwa Beach Resort offers a good variety of food 🌿 The dishes are flavorful and fresh. The view is beautiful, making it a lovely spot for brunch while enjoying the beach vibes. A decent experience overall.

  It was a nice modern but secluded place. Our food was quite good. They didn’t have the ribeye so we split the porterhouse. The only thing that I didn’t like was that they cut it into small strips so it cooled off too quickly. The house red was very enjoyable.
