  Tamu Bar & Restaurant Review (from last night) Pulled up to Tamu yesterday for a chill drinks link that turned into a double date situation — the best kind, because nobody’s trying too hard and everybody’s pretending they’re “just here for one.” We started with champagne, then some Hendrick’s, and finished strong with pizza. Simple lineup, but it hit. The vibe? Proper. Nice plating, chilled EDM in the background, and this almost holiday-movie scene: Italian families laid out on the sun beds, sipping cocktails, biting slowly, living like time isn’t real. It felt relaxed, stylish, and grown. Service was on point too. Our waiter was a genuinely friendly guy — smiled a lot, gave good info, and didn’t disappear when you needed him. Everything came fast and smooth. Price-wise, yeah... it’s fairly expensive. But the ambience, the service, and the overall vibe balance it out, so it doesn’t feel like you got robbed — more like you paid for a whole experience. We’re already heading back on Thursday for the DJ + sax combo, which tells you everything you need to know. Rating: 4.5/5 — pricey, but worth it for the vibe and how well it’s run.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful location for a romantic dinner by the sea, with friendly service and truly delicious food. Highly recommended 🌅🍸 Also perfect for lunch right on the beach! Ask for Emily — she’s always kind and smiling.

  To be honest I didn't know restaurant foods could taste this good. I didn't take any photos of the food cause when it first came I was like "hmm this portion is a bit small. " I ordered beef and chicken skewers with a side of chapati, veggies with sauce. The first bite of the beef skewers had my mouth feeling orgasmic... Then the chicken... Pow... Flavors just hitting your mouth. I usually eat my meals so fast but this time I savored every bite, chew, swallow (everything). Then a thought hit me why did I think the portion was small cause the meal felt so fulfilling. The atmosphere was in per with the tastiness of the meal. Everyone was in conversation but weirdly it wasn't loud. You could hear the waves adding to the mood, the sea breeze hit your face and the food.... THE FOOD WAS HEAVEN ON EARTH. You have to go there to taste it.... The flavors blend so well

  Very quaint and clean atmosphere with very well executed food. We ordered two house-made pasta dishes: the tortellini and the gnocchi with curry sauce. Very interesting fusion concept that works well. Not super close to the water, but still provides an excellent view from any seat in the house. The hostess, who is Italian, is keeping a close eye on things and seems to do a good job with quality control. Waiters are attentive and usually respond fairly quickly. Food comes out within a reasonable time.
