  Chicken inn??...stay out if you value customer service, value for money, tasty food, the chain is not worth visiting no matter how hungry your stomach is telling you you are. Your head will tell you somwthing else as soon as you have visited.

  You have the worst staff in Life Not supposed to be at CHICKYIN brand 👎 What Went Wrong: Service Issues Long Wait Times Despite orders being moderate, I waited far longer than expected. At the drive-thru especially, what should’ve taken maybe 10-15 minutes dragged on. There wasn’t clear communication about delays, so I was stuck waiting without knowing what was happening. Unhelpful / Disinterested Staff The staff seemed distracted and not well coordinated. When I asked a question about my order, the cashier shrugged and could not give a clear answer. One staff member looked confused about what was available. It felt like they were just going through the motions rather than caring. Order Errors / Miscommunications I clearly stated some modifications (no spicy, etc.), but what I got didn’t reflect those instructions. Either the message wasn’t passed correctly, or the staff ignored it. This suggests poor order-taking or packing practices. Poorly Managed During Busy / After-Hours After hours, things got worse. The service slowed significantly. The drive-thru line moved slowly, and inside dining seemed understaffed. Cleanliness started slipping a bit when fewer staff were around. Lack of Feedback / Problem Resolution When I raised concerns (delay, wrong spice etc.), the response was weak. There was no apology, no offer to fix things or make it right. Just vague “we’ll try better next time,” which doesn’t help when you’re already disappointed.

  Indoor & outdoor dining area, free WiFi, variety of options on the menu. I ordered pulled chicken wrap, and it was delicious & juicy.

  Fast food? Try them for your chickens and chips cravings. Waiting times are manageable with and option for drive through. They have a kiddy area where you can bring your little one to play as they wait for food. Their sitting space is adequate and well laid out. You can also order for their food on apps like glovo in the event you are not in a position to pay them a visit physically.

  My first time to try Chicken Inn. I liked the big fries (chips) and the chicken was not bad although it could have done with a bit more spice. If possible it would be nice if they could add a buzzer or sign when ordering so you know when your food is ready.
