Go for the honey ginger sauce — it slurps. Chicken's made fresh here unlike in the States, and they've got menu items you won't find elsewhere, just don't visit past 10pm when the staff's on sloth mode.

    Turns out if you want to eat at this place you shouldn't visit past 2200h people are on sloth speed here esp on take aways

    This place feels very inner city American. Their service is on par with Kenya, pretty slow. I ordered a chicken sandwich and wings that took 20 minutes but everyone there understood it and waited. The food is pretty good for fast food. I spent 1150KES for the combo and wings. The background music is very American rap with uncensored cursing, lol. At 9pm Sunday night, there were several kids and young person begging for food. Overall, I’ll give it a 4 star. If this was in America, maybe 3.5 star but most restaurants / service is kind of slow in Kenya. 🤷‍♂️

    I gave into the honey ginger sauce hype and yessss it slurps. But the washrooms at KFC Kimathi don't have a nice smell.

    I love the KFC here in Kenya. Chicken was made fresh unlike in the US and I also enjoyed the options they carried that are not available in the US. Great and helpful staff as well.
