I had an excellent dining experience at Big Square, Moi Avenue. The food was outstanding in both quality and presentation. Joan, who served me, was polite, lively, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hostess, Kebrine, offered a warm and professional welcome, demonstrating high social etiquette and a smart, impressive presence. Overall, both the service and cuisine reflected high hospitality standards.
