We experienced the worst service one would wish for our waiter seemed confused and no knowledge of what he was selling the worst bit is him assuaring us that spring chicken is kienyeji chickem (I asked him 3 times if he was sure it was kienyeji chicken ) only to receive bloiler chicken and some half cooked roast potatoes , we ask for chilli sauce only for him to dissapear and resurface after 30 minutes to tell us there was no chilli sauce , it was our first time there but we are never setting foot there again!!! We were impressed by the swimming pool which was very clean . Also there was a large group of people recording videos of guests without their consent which we found strange and uncomfortable.

Utalii Hotel is a green haven in the midst of the city chaos! Their prices won't break the bank, which is a big plus. The food's decent. Perfect for a chill lunch with friends or a lazy afternoon solo. Overall, a sweet spot to escape for a bit without emptying your wallet!

Location is it for this hotel, now that you avoid lots of traffic. The parking lot is also ample for the users. It has a vintage touch that makes you feel different from newly constructed hotels. The theme of the place is also very cool, utilizing wood in most of the places which brings beauty to the whole experience. The food is great, especially the buffet which gives you great choices. The landscaping is therapeutic to add to the great services and friendly attendants.
