Honestly it’s the best gym in Nairobi i appreciate all the work they put in so clean, fully equipment, Allahuma barik ., bt want i didn’t like is that the ladies are so very nosy and the trainers never telling them to do your work and keep quiet , trainers are very friendly which is good, bt thy ain’t doing their job properly, i always come bck with headache, thy don’t tel to return the dumbels , which can coz injuries, again why do you need that loud music in the training section???? Honestly that very very loud music thy put is unnecessary, wish thy can stop😢

It is well equipped and has capable trainers but the whole gym needs to work on its hygiene. The bathrooms and toilets are really terrible on the women’s side. They don’t have a proper changing room and although it is built on the claims of guaranteed privacy, I have had to move out of the way for other clients recording videos more times than I can count.

I have been a regular at this gym. The staff are wonderful. The only issue is the lockers at the female section. The ladies keep closing the lockers with locks and never opening it, leaving it for a day, a two or weeks on end. It's very disrespectful. But, the showers and the sauna are great. The female coaches are nice. They have classes as well to whoever is interested. There is a cafeteria as well. Nothing to complain about.

This is the best gym in Kenya. The instructors will help you get fit. The gym has fully equipped separate gyms for men and women. This means the privacy of it's clients is highly ensured.
