  I took my son for a his birthday celebration. We were welcomed with a heart smile by a lady called Joan. She gave us good suggestions, and our food came, they even gave us 2 pizzas for one that made my son happy as he loves pizza. The drinks are to die for and the biscoff Cake was out of this world. And to add the cherry on top, they made it so special for him because they brought the cake in singing him a very nice birthday song! My heart was full seeing him that happy! All thanks to our server Joan!! Thank you Freez for your hospitality!

  Terrible people work at Eastleigh branch . Service is below par. Rude and un educated fellas. Everything comed late and cold . Terrible atmosphere and they lack decency and courtesy . Oder takes 3 hours yet they mention less than 15 minutes . The whole place has lost its touch.

  The service was so slow it took an hour to get a cake we pre ordered and they placed us next to the bathroom the boboa either tasted like coffe or milk they brought they did not gives us plates for the cake and brought the knife 20 minutes after we got the cake would not recommed overhyped

Hence most people just order take away. But if you have a sweet tooth, this dessert spot is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, the inviting aroma of freshly baked treats fills the air, setting the stage for a delightful experience. The menu offers a variety of desserts, from rich and decadent waffles, donuts, crepes, konafas, ice creams to a range of other sweet dishes. They have a variety of boba drinks, milk shakes, fruit boba, and fresh juices. Also nice flavorful mocktails...in short ensuring there's something for everyone. The presentation is just as impressive as the flavors—each dessert is beautifully crafted, making them almost too pretty to eat. The balance of sweetness is just right, never overwhelming but always satisfying. Whether you’re indulging in a classic lotus waffle, a warm chocolate crepe, or a unique seasonal special konafa, every bite is a treat. The ambiance is where they have to improve. There is no where to sit. The road to the restaurant is bad. Lighting on the road is bad. So getting to the restaurant is a challenge, and hence I would recommend get them delivered. Wait near BBS mall, or somewhere cozy and just order in. Overall, this dessert place is a good for anyone who loves quality sweets. Whether you're craving something rich and chocolatey or light and fruity, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended! But order in.
