  I had the buffet in the restaurant. I enjoyed the Indian dishes and there was a very large choices of options. Same for the dessert, with excellent passion fruits and a good chocolate brownie. However, I found the price slightly high (except for people who have an excessive appetite!) Another time, I tried a local dish with chicken and Ugali. It was ok.

  A very warm welcome at the entrance created a lovely first impression, but unfortunately the service that followed fell far below expectations. To begin with, when I asked one of the waiters to direct me to the restrooms, she had absolutely no idea where they were. That already signaled a lapse in basic staff orientation. When I settled in the restaurant, the waitress—Eva, dressed in black pants and a white blouse—took 45 minutes just to serve ugali and fish. What made it even more disappointing is that I asked her to return so I could place my drink order, but she never came back. I continuously saw her moving up and down the restaurant, yet it was a quiet Monday evening with plenty of empty tables. A while later, another waitress, Diana, approached me asking what I had ordered, which clearly showed a lack of communication among the staff. To make matters worse, the first waiter I spoke to could not explain the ingredients in the cocktails, which is basic product knowledge. I have been a loyal guest for over six years, and this is the first time I have left feeling genuinely frustrated. I hope these concerns are taken seriously so that the warm welcome at the entrance can be matched by consistent, professional service throughout the entire guest experience.

  Good location which is just about 15 minutes drive from Nairobi airport. The best thing is that you can see the animals from your balcony or even bed. Staff are very friendly and nice. Food is standard and quite pricey even compared with the North America standard.

  As a Nigerian who loves spicy meals I struggled with the lunch and dinner menu but breakfast was always my favorite as I had so many options I could tolerate. The waiters were really nice and always had a friendly demeanor about them and the head waiter striking conversation had a nice human touch for them it was all about making sure their guest was comfortable and enjoyed their meal. The view at night is equally amazing and beautiful to have a relaxed dinner date, despite being close to the highway it still had a romantic touch to it. Can't wait to visit again.
