However, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the cuisine or the visuals, with slower pacing and occasional lapses in attentiveness that slightly detracted from the overall experience. Overall, I’d return for the standout food and atmosphere, but I’d hope for steadier, more proactive service next time. Improvements in table pacing, clearer communication about specials and wait times, and more attentive staff would push this spot from “very good” to excellent.

  This has to be one of the best branches. I have had better experience here numerous times than I had in some other branches. Their customer service is great. The place is great to get some work done especially during the morning hours. Grab some breakfast while at it. I love their pancakes. It's also quite accessible for anyone living within Mombasa road. Makes it easier to avoid going to town.
