Had Burger King the first time in Germany.. and I was hoping this store would match the expectations.. They did not disappoint! Quick order execution, early delivery🌟🌟🌟. Good packaging for the drinks, no spillage! Burgers arrived warm, cheesy and quite tasty.. fries nicely salted and just delicious.. The vanilla shakes are amazing! Enjoyed the meal💯

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Burger but received a patty that was clearly overcooked; it looked and tasted burnt. When I raised the issue, the server insisted that the dark color was normal. Later, the manager explained that they used a local chicken patty instead of the usual imported one because some customers prefer it and that they had run out of the imported one. She admitted that they should have informed me at the time of ordering that it wasn’t the standard patty.

The service was good. A bit pricier than most burger places but expected as it's burger King! I have had burger King burgers all over the world, but this is one of the better ones. The chicken wings were also good. Filling, good food. It was well seasoned, grilled to perfection and I must say the quantity was good too. Overall, not something I would eat everyday, but one of the finer burger joints in Kenya. Enjoy.

We went in the middle of a rush hour for outside deliveries but the team here didn't keep us waiting. They really did a great job balancing the roles . Customer Service is amazing. The burgers were so good and the fries were well prepared.
