Great service, pleasant lush green garden atmosphere but the food is just okay. Not bad at all but is not a life-changing experience. We had butter lemon fish fillet and chicken breast stuffed with spinach, ricotta and dried tomatoes (that wasn't there). A good choice for a quick stop on the way to or from Nanyuki nonetheless. For dessert I had an affogato which was good, but they also serve cakes such as carrot, lemon, caramel etc... Parking fee is 100 ksh.

Barney’s Bar and Restaurant in Nanyuki is an absolute gem! The location overlooking the airstrip gives it such a unique and relaxing atmosphere - perfect for watching planes come and go while enjoying great food. The pizzas are amazing as they are perfectly baked and the rest of the menu is just as impressive. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. Our little son got his kids pizza very fast which was very nice. We didn’t wait too long for our food as well, and the service was friendly and efficient. The coffee was also rich and well-made. A wonderful spot to relax, eat, and enjoy the view! We will definitely be back.

Lovely space! The airstrip definitely introduces some charm to the place. Food is good, the pizza in particular was great. Service could be faster; wait times can be long especially when full. All in all, nice place for a meal and drink while in Nanyuki

Food is great, it takes a little while for it to come out, but its worth the wait! I went early in the morning and its so nice and chilled out. You have the planes taking off and landing next you, which is a good sight. The milkshakes are the best in Nanyuki, too!

Had the mixed grill pizza. Very nice. Service was super and the cocktails were awesome. The place is relaxed with a backdrop of planes. Loved it!
