  I’m at Artcaffe the Hub. It’s 16:52. I usually go to the Artcaffes in village and I’m shocked by the difference in the service. The place is not busy but it took a waiter almost 7 minutes to come and take my order. Since the waiter took so long, I decided to just have a latte. When I told him that I felt like things were taking so long, there was no apology. Just a “it’s coming”. As someone who has worked for years in customer service, I also couldn’t help but notice that non of the staff were smiling unlike in their village branch where the staff always make you feel welcome. The ambience is nice just like we are used to when it comes to the Artecaffe brand but the service soft skills need work. Thanks.

  I LOVE the Art Caffe’s! Huge menu selection for both foods & drinks. (everything I have tried has been great). I love their little shops too. And I can’t go home without a piece or two of their fudge chocolate cake! I have tried most of their cakes but this one remains my favorite. Eat it room tempature not cold. Yum!!

  I’ve loved Artcaffé at The Hub from the very first time I visited. It quickly became a favorite spot for my family and me. The service has always stood out, and the attention to detail from the staff has made every visit special. A special thank-you to Stacy and Kelvin, who never fail to welcome us with warmth and a smile. However, I’ve been disappointed by some of the recent menu changes. Since last year, the quality has not been what it used to be. The chapati we ordered previously were quite dry, and on this visit we decided to try the Wagyu beef. As someone who truly enjoys a good, juicy Wagyu, this experience missed the mark completely. It didn’t reflect the standard expected of such a premium dish. The avocado salad was also surprisingly bland, and even the cup of tea fell short of expectations. It’s unfortunate to say this, but we may now have to start exploring other cafés. I really hope Artcaffé can return to the quality we once loved.

  The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the coffee was excellent, just as you'd expect from Artcaffe. It was a very solid and enjoyable meal. ​The atmosphere is one of the best things about this branch. It has that classic Artcaffe modern, chic vibe which makes it a great place to sit and relax. It’s perfect for a casual meeting or just starting your day. ​While the staff were pleasant, the service was a bit on the slow side. It wasn't terrible, but it could have been a little more attentive. ​Overall, it's a great option for a meal at The Hub, especially for breakfast. I'd definitely go back for the food and the ambiance.
