    It was a good experience. I requested for the passion cheesecake and caramel milkshake. My caramel milkshake didn’t have enough caramel as you’d expect but I communicated to the one serving me and she actually listened to my concern and brought me one that was to my satisfaction. I really enjoyed it but i was surprised that i can no longer leave with my cheesecake packed in the glass tin it comes in, it is transferred to a plastic tin which is new, I would appreciate if we just stuck to the previous way. My server was Wambo💗 and i got 10/10 service from her.

    Excellent food - great service. So many varieties, atmosphere is super clean and lovely ambiance. We went to eat here many times . Highly recommended place.

    I expected better organization from CJ’s, but this branch was a bit disappointing. We weren’t allowed to sit on the terrace (outside veranda) even though there were available tables for two, and instead had to sit on the large couches meant for groups inside, which felt inconvenient. The Trio meal was okay, nothing special. Service was just average, not quite at the level CJ’s is usually known for.

    I recently visited CJ’s Waterfront Karen and was impressed. The ambience is beautiful and relaxing, with lovely views that create a perfect setting for both casual meals and special occasions. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. Service was prompt without ever feeling rushed, and every team member made sure we were comfortable. The menu offers a great variety, and the food exceeded expectations—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and excellent presentation. My drink was perfectly made, and the desserts are worth saving room for. Overall, CJ’s Waterfront Karen delivers an outstanding combination of atmosphere, service, and quality.
