  Had the worst experience with them today. This is the second time they are getting my order wrong. I specifically asked for no sugar no bobas. My drink comes with 100% sugar and as many bobas as possible. I return it and guess what happens, instead of making a new drink they just siphon out the bobas and give back the drink with 100% sugar. Which i dont like at all. I loathe it. And just like that we have parted ways. This was the very last time they are seeing my coin ever. Very disappointed with the customer service . The waiter insisting that he put zero sugar and the matcha just tastes like ice cream.

  The store is right next to China Square so you can't miss it. It's cute and cosy with sitting right outside the shop. Loved that the staff were very friendly and even recommended the best drinks for us to try. Boba pearls are an acquired taste, but nonetheless, we all enjoyed our drinks. The best thing is that you can control the sugar level you want. Really loved that.
