  Leopard hill was our second stop as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful. It is such an incredibly peaceful camp and we enjoyed how much wildlife we were able to watch from the veranda. The experiences available such as the bush breakfast, having a private dinner outside your tent and being able to visit the local Masai village really make this place special. The food was also delicious and the staff were so kind and caring - a particular mention to our private guide Sacha and Daniel who were such a pleasure to spend our days with and to Maria and William who were so friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you to everyone at leopard hill - we hope to see you again soon!!

  Wow what a great experience we had at Saruni Leopard Hill. We visited for our honeymoon and from the moment we arrived they promised to make it a “home away from home” and they truly delivered on that. First off, the safari was incredible. We never thought we’d be able to get so close to the animals. Our guide, Esmey, was lovely, extremely knowledgeable and determined for us to have a nice time. On the first night safari we got about 5 metres away from a male lion and a pride of lionesses and cubs and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. We also saw elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, hippos, nile crocodiles, warthogs, hyenas, buffalo, leopards and much more. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed. We even did a walking safari where we were able to walk relatively close to giraffes and their young - in a perfectly safe way (there are Maasai guards and an armed park ranger for your safety) to I haven’t been on other safaris for comparison, but I was blown away. Next up, the team is just truly fantastic. Caring, warm and generally just wanting you to have a great time - the thing that really stood out to me was the feeling that they were being truly genuine and not just doing it because it was their job. From William, the general manager, to the Maasai guards William and Patrick (sorry, we didn’t get everybody’s names) - everybody was just so friendly. A special shout out to Charity and Lillian who looked after us most meals - speaking of which you will be fed incredibly well. 3 course meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked to perfection by head chef Dalton. There’s even a complimentary massage and Caren was great! The sugar on top of all of this is also that a chunk of the cost you pay also goes back into the conservancy and the community so you also feel like you’re doing a good thing. I could continue to go on about how relaxing the space is, the views, the outdoor shower but honestly just come and experience it for yourself. Couldn’t recommend it more and I hope to return again one day. Thank you so much to the entire team!

  The camp overall is great, like every other Saruni property. Lovely staff and guides. Great sightings. Plenty of activities to choose from with varying levels of personalisation. What is particularly great about this group is that they are small, ethical, and community driven. They employ people from within the Masai community and consistently reinvest in their well being - including training, education and in some cases, scholarships to be able to study in the local wildlife tourism university. These privately run camps are the reason for the conservancies being well maintained and thriving places for the local wildlife. Saruni have camps All Over the country and depending on what you like, you have plenty to choose from.

  Outstanding safari experience. Guides are top notch and visits are tailored to the interests of guests. Rooms are very comfortable, with retractable roofs for seeing the night sky. Food is mostly very good to excellent, even for vegetarians. I'd very gladly return here. Esmey is a fantastic guide!

  We had an exceptional stay at Saruni Leopard Hill Camp and cannot recommend it highly enough. We spent two wonderful nights there, and from the very beginning the experience was outstanding. Our travel schedule changed unexpectedly, and the team at the camp was incredibly helpful and flexible, making everything smooth and stress-free for us. The game drives were excellent, truly unforgettable. We were lucky to have Edward as our driver and guide—he was extremely professional and had an impressive knowledge of wildlife in the Masai Mara. His experience and sharp eye allowed us to see amazing animals and learn so much about the ecosystem. A special mention goes to William, the camp manager, whose leadership and personal attention truly stood out. He ensured everything ran perfectly and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. What really made our time special was the entire camp crew. Every single person was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The hospitality was outstanding and made us feel truly at home. Saruni Leopard Hill Camp offers not just a beautiful location and unforgettable wildlife experiences, but also exceptional service and people who clearly love what they do. Our stay was truly memorable, and we would gladly return.
