  Every where in The entire hotel had a strong smell of urine, indicating very poor maintenance. The environment was disorganized, neglected, and felt more like a desert than a properly managed hotel. Additionally, the jacuzzi in our room was dirty and unacceptable.

  Had a mother - daughter trip to Naivasha for 3 nights. We chose this lodge to stay in. It was the best decision. The lodge has well spread layout. Its so scenic and peaceful. Rooms are specious and well equiped. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. Sometimes without asking too. Its like the motto is to leep the guests happy and comfortabe. Felt at home. Food was good. Also the chef is always ready to cook anything the guest would prefer. It was sad to leave from this wonderful lodge. We will definitely go back!

  Very nice place. The bungalows are spacious and nicely built. The garden area is also very nice. There are even living two pumbaas there, which you can see occaisonally. We also did two walks with Eden, a tour gide from the hotel. He was very enthusiastic and could explain the plants along the way very well. We went up the hill for a nice viewpoint, and down to the lake for a close-up of some hippos. can reccomend. Unfortunatly, they have a very old generator, so if power goes out you will hear it in the whole complex.

  It was an amazing experience 😍 by time we arrived ,to checking into rooms, to dinner and breakfast.. it was just top notch!! The staff took special care and curated food preference as we were vegetarians. It was a wonderful experience

  Our stay at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge was excellent! The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the bed with mosquito nets made it very comfortable. The food was served as a course meal and was absolutely delicious. All the staff members were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Truly appreciate their warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Naivasha!
