    Kind staff apart from the Director. My kids had food poisoning ,he never bothered to address it,we spent rest of the afternoon in hospital after check out. What made me wonder the most is the spa rates which are charged in USD and rates fluctuate daily. There is no standard rate. So this means that everyday massage rate could change depending on Dollar rate. This should be a standard charge for a period of time then reviewed once in a while. I asked the Director to speak to the owner but he refused. Wasn't happy, That was my first and last time visiting Mwanzo.

    Like the tag line says, True Taste of Africa! It's a hidden gem, tucked in the heart of an expansive flower farm, on the outskirts of Naivasha town. Caters to a mixed clientele, from locals, to foreigners. Ideal to visit weekdays, to get a true feel of the place. Staff are friendly and service is spot on. Must try the swimming whilst there. Its an affordable 200ksh per client. They have spacious and clean changing rooms offering hot showers. Meals and drinks can be served at the poolside. Make a point to carry camera or smart phone. The views are amazing!
