  Great place with excellent conference facilities. Also , nice food with excellent customer service. The staff are always courteous and very responsive which a lot of difference for me. Keep up.

  A wow place. The rooms were very clean, the service was fantastic and the foods were delicious. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting Naivasha its just great!! I will be back definitely!!

  Very good for Church groups: Very good field for team building activities Very near the road, Very near Lake Naivasha, Very near Hell's Gate National Park, Very near Olkaria Geothermal Station. Housekeeping -Very clean Lodge, Kitchen - Very good food, Restaurant - Very good service. Serene and Tranquil atmosphere. Thank you very much Ruth and your Team for making our stay memorable.   The room was different than in the booking: no air condition, no sofa, no spa bath, no coffee maker, literally completely plain, no decoration and absolutely stingy. No intercom, you have to call reception with the mobile phone, no hot tap on the basin, electric shower with little water and no pressure, air freshener is really suffocating. The pillows are hard like tyres, stuffed with mattrace pieces.... The staff is not well trained and not very friendly. Breakfast was really a turn off. Limited options, no continental breakfast, only nescafe, no bread toasted, no yoghurt and old cereals.... but potatoes and cabbage every day.... There seems no serious manager supervising staff. The setup looks more like a dormitory than a hotel.... Basically everything is just stingy!

  We recently held our Choir Annual Retreat at Lazarus Lodge Lake Naivasha (events) and Lazarus Living (accommodation), and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The facilities were top notch — well-maintained, spacious, and perfectly suited for structured group sessions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. What stood out most was the incredibly warm and attentive service. The staff were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our stay was smooth and successful.
