  Our stay at Mara Nyika was one of the most personal and intimate experiences we’ve ever had on safari. With a smaller camp and a longer stay of four nights, we felt like we truly got to know the wonderful team. The manager, Mambo, was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in and making us feel at home. Our butler, Mike, took amazing care of us, and Joseph, our room attendant, always added thoughtful touches, like hot water bottles for our beds and for early morning safari starts. Chef Dominic and his team are super talented and made amazing meals everyday - so good that we kept asking for seconds! And everyone on the security team took great care to ensure we are safe and sound. Our guide, Kimberly, was with us every day and made our game drives truly special. Being in the Naboisho Conservancy, we had the opportunity to see an abundance of wildlife, especially large prides of lions, and we even ventured into the Maasai Mara National Park for an unforgettable cheetah hunt sighting. We also saw a leopard at camp in the evening which was super lucky and cool. The shorter grass in the conservancy and ability to drive off-road made wildlife viewing spectacular and easy. One of the most memorable experiences was visiting the Maasai women’s beading collective, supported by the Great Plains Conservation. It was such a meaningful cultural exchange, and we loved getting to know the women and their craft. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, Mara Nyika left a lasting impression on us with its warm hospitality, incredible wildlife, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

  Absolutely phenomenal place. We went November 2023. Loved Mara Nyika camp! Our guide Dixon was super nice and knew everything there is about the conservancy. Though the wife and I are very easygoing and low maintenance, ever the professional, Dixon remained very attentive. Very much enjoyed talking with him during our sundowners. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at the camp. Chef was amazing and very humble. The meals we had were always delicious. Camp manager was very kind and engaging. Every single person in camp treated us with kindness and we enjoyed our conversations with everyone. Kindness reached all time high when I fell ill. Happens to me every now and again when I travel, so quite normal for me. Nothing contagious. But the level of concern was amazing. Kenyan tea and electrolytes put me on my feet in less than 24 hours! I’ve never recuperated as fast abroad as I did here, and I owe that to the staff here at Mara Nyika. Asante sana!

  Absolutely exceptional trip to Mara Nyika. The game viewing couldn’t have been better - it was an exclusive, private feeling experience where we were able to get very up close and personal with all of the most incredible animals. You could design your day and your incredible guide gives you full flexibility on timings and where you want to go when, making everything very personalised and relaxed. The attention to detail and welcoming personalities of the staff was beyond any hotel experience I’ve ever had an it was overall pure magic. Thank you!

  A few months ago, in February 2023, I proposed to my wife to come with me to live a magical adventure, where Exclusivity, Luxury and Excellence, would wrap us up every day and every night. I told her that I would take her to meet the sun, to the essence of life and to the origin of everything. I offered him "to dream in the air' (... A balloon ride over the Masai Mara), "bathe us in the great copper" (... The great bathtub of the bathroom of our tent), feel peace and relax, and touch the stars . And I assured him that when we got back to our home, it would take us a long time to realize that nothing had been a dream. We achieved all of the above, and more, during our stay at Mara Nyika Camp. A loving hug to manager Shadrack, Simon, Joseph, Lenkume, Mike, and all the rest of the team. You all are already part of our Life forever. And I do not want to forget to mention, that all of the above would never have been possible, without the magnificent advice and organization of Isabel Devasa and her Belula Travel team, who have made this wonderful dream trip come true.

  It's located within Naibosho conservancy,built 3 yrs ago with magnificent looks tented camp.Reption is on class where you will be received by warm smile of than Madam Manager that will make you feels at home.You can enjoy glass of wine while enjoying sundown,come to food,it's well prepared and cooked with a great licking taste.Cleanliness is on a high standard nothing taken for granted,from beds,to surrounding you will enjoy the serenity environment.They well maintained clean vehicles for game drive, driver well trained with high moral standards.
