Our stay at Wonderland Destinations Resort was truly wonderful. The attention and service from everyone were excellent, and every staff member treated us with such kindness and care. We had a small situation with our original room, but the manager handled it immediately and upgraded us to the best room at no extra cost. This gesture made us feel incredibly valued and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. We are so grateful for the hospitality and professionalism of the entire team. We would definitely recommend Wonderland Destinations Resort to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and genuine care during their trip.

Great location in town. Workers are friendly. Chef is very good and makes delicious meals. Pool is very refreshing !

Place is ideally located near town yet very quiet. The staff were very friendly yet professional. If you're in Naivasha make them your host.

Had a great experience at this hotel. We took a family suite of 4 pax, bed and breakfast. Quiet and peaceful you won't even believe you are in Naivasha town. The police station is a few metres so is a plus for security. Cons: The shower head for one room sprayed in all directions, while for the kids room was directed to the wall hence a little bit inconveniencing. They should also provide dustbins for all rooms. Overall the service was excellent, Brenda and Billy were so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our night at Wonderland. The service was amazing and the place was quiet. The room was very clean and big. The food was also amazing and we were especially blown away by the breakfast they prepared for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and if we are ever back to Naivasha, we won't hesitate to take up room with them again. Keep up the good service!
