  As for the hotel I am sure there are no entry fee,,a guard know as Elizabeth a very rude guard charged as 500 to enter the hotel and informed as if we do not have it we just return back...kindly management check on that... they are just exploiting your customers,,for the tree hotel services provider, they could do better

  If I could give them 0 stars I would happily do it. The staff was hostile and rude. The reservations manager had no quirks about insulting us and speaking rudely to us. They lied about our bills all while speaking rudely to our faces and being uncooperative. The only good thing about this hotel was the treehouse restaurant which had a scenic view of Naivasha. There were some staff who were nice but majority would stare at you and be outright rude. This place was very disappointing as there were not many activities to do and when my room was cleaned a member of staff opened our bedside drawers to do what I can’t imagine a big part of the hotel was under construction and this is during the Christmas holiday season it wasn’t the best place to bring kids. Overall the place was very bad would not recommend to anyone spend your money better elsewhere please. The hotel was not very good it was plain the elevator wasn’t in commission the lights disappeared more than 2 times a day. The food wasn’t the best their menu didn’t have a wide variety and their buffet was mediocre at best. I have stayed many hotels which were bad but I think this takes the cake for the worst hotel.

  I stayed here in September for a conference meeting. Panorama Park Hotel offers beautiful views, including a stunning glimpse of Lake Naivasha. If you enjoy a rustic and laid-back atmosphere, this is the place for you. However, the rooms and amenities could really use some upgrading to enhance overall comfort and experience.

  Lovely hotel. The tree house restaurant is a winner..if comfort had a flavor, their pumpkin soup would be it, simply liquid perfection!..service was warm and welcoming and the views, let's just say my camera roll is now 80% trees. Beautiful setting and good value for money!!

  Disappointing place, totally ran-down, nothing works. Next to the tree hotel reeks of urine and sewer. The reception is dark and sooty, children area is a deathtrap: broken swings, dirty pool and carpets which have reached the end of their purposeful life. The staff are just getting by, unenthusiastically. They don’t care, you can tell they are unpaid or underpaid, if paid. Don’t waste your time and money, there are better hotels around.
