If you find it on a good day, the rooms can be spotlessly clean and the fried goat is affordable. But dirty pillows and bedsheets have shown up more than once, and management's been dealing with a repeat client who openly abuses younger guests.

    Very dirty rooms. We found the pillows and the bedsheets dirty. The bed and the sheets for standard room does not match the room itself. Poor planning and handling. They post restaurant services but don't clearly tell that food is prepared upon your order so you can reduce your expectations. There was an odour smell in the bathroom. Not even a kettle to boil water. Less staff making the services slow.

    As the Gems management, we highly regret and apologize for what transpired last night. The incident was perpetrated by certain individuals who were inebriated at the time. Gems Resort does not entertain any form of violence or abuse. The people who carried it have been summoned and banned from our premises. We assure our valued clientele that we are a safe place to visit and our bouncers are on high alert at all times and we reassure you that this will never happen again to anyone. Please visit us for an excellent experience as we continue to offer our best.

    Am here to address the issue that has been going on! It really hurts when you visit a place to relax, and then you end up with a broken heart. It's time to put a stop! I heard the client addressing a group of gen z who were selling tickets at the gate, He called them all sorts of name, even telling them how they can't do anything to him since he is the source of the resorts income because of how he spends, and truly how the manager rushed at the gate to open it for him caught my attention! Avoid such places were the don't respect their clients because of one person who may be spends more than the others! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!

    This is concerning the gems management, there is a certain client who is usually tolerated in the premises. A pure narcissist and feminine, someone who openly abuses us the fellow gen z clients. It's high time the management takes action kindly. Since I've seen it happen 3 times. Gems is q nice place but I can't recommend my fellow young females to go there having this guy around,

    What a nice and chilled place. I had a very good time there.The rooms were spotlessly clean,the service was fast and customer friendly, not to mention the prices.Very affordable. Looking forward to visiting the Garden again.Never knew there were such cool Gardens in Kirinyaga but how will you know if you don't visit?If you want some peace and quiet,Gems Resort is the place to be.
