    I’ve encountered several issues with the front desk team. The attitude was unprofessional, and I did not feel assisted or valued as a guest. I believe with proper training and supervision, this can be improved. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure better service for future guests.

    I didn't like my stay because of the service. The food is good,the amenities are okay and location is nice but the staff I think only the front reception were concerned with us!! My room had no water and it took a while to get 1 bottle. The dinning staff are also helpful but depends on the mood or meal
