    Spent a night at the Gems,the rooms were clean and well maintained.Also loved the food,had pork ribs and kienyeji vegetables which I loved.Breakfast too was good.I will definitely be back.

    Clean room, sparkling white linen's and tasty food. Today, early morning I walk to the car park and find all cars being washed. This was such a pleasant surprise. While I took breakfast from the balcony within the dining area, I watched elated client's drive out of the hotel with very clean cars. Comparing their car's with some cars on the busy Naivasha Nakuru highway, the difference was not only noticeable but exciting. Nowadays most hotels commercialized car washing and it is not done for free. Well done hotel Gem. May God prosper your business to greater level's.

    I love the vegetables they cook here....I may not talk a lot about them, but even if the greens they prepare here was all that was on offer, I would gladly make a purchase and feel my money is well spent. I look forward to lunch just to serve a generous portion of the greens. Yummy!

    The entrance looks different from what you expect after viewing it online. The rooms are okay. Those without windows are quiet but have minimal ventilation. The food.... Oh my. Fantastic. Comes in hot, fresh and very tasty. One evening, the chef went out of his way to make sure my son had a burger which he had really wanted from the previous day. The staff at the reception, dinning, generally all of them are friendly and attentive. I will definitely visit again. Good job.
