  Nice but rooms were full of mosquitoes and toilet was not clean when I checked in

  Terrible Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We had called ahead and booked a room for one night, arriving in the afternoon. After viewing the rooms, we chose one and specifically confirmed that there was hot water, which the staff assured us was available. We paid the deposit and left. When we returned in the evening, we discovered there was no hot water. We raised the issue with the front office and were told to “give it time.” An hour later, still nothing. Despite following up several times and being ignored, someone was eventually sent to show us a different room with an instant shower — but that room was under renovation, smelled strongly of paint, and still had no hot water. After waiting for over two hours with no resolution and no manager in sight, we had no choice but to check out the same night. Customer service was terrible, communication was poor, and no one seemed empowered to solve anything. They promised to refund our money, but even that required multiple follow-ups — the refund was delayed and not processed on time. I understand things can go wrong, but how a hotel handles issues is everything. In this case, we were treated with indifference and inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Book at your own risk.

  I beleive the restaurant waiters can be a bit more receptive to guests. The waiting time was just too much. Good food though.

  Located right in the main street so expect a lot of noise pollution from the vehicles passing. The rooms seem to be outdated yet it's a fairly a new hotel. The upside of it is it's very easy to access from whatever direction you coming from. Evening can be a bit noisy from the nearby joints blaring music and vehicles. Not a good place to have young children or even a long-term stay for adults.

  Very poor customer care. I have slept there thrice and been disappointed all the time. The reception is good until you get into their rooms. Naked wires, unstable internet, Generally not as good as you might expect. I decided to shift to another hotel for peace instead of unnecessary complaints.
