  I happened to travel with my family for my great grandmothers burial and it occurred hippo safaris resort was our go to night stay cation. It offers bed and breakfast, and also the price range for each night is fair if you aren't coming to stay but for the night. I loved their rooms; it was clean, spacious and comfortable to sleep at night. Their service was poor; especially when it comes to having breakfast. The waiter was very slow and not willing to serve us. It's as if he's forced to. The breakfast was very shallow. It's the basic meals that one usually have at home; bread ( brown / white ) with jam and blue band, one sausage, fried egg, mahambri and tea options ( hot water, tea and hot milk with coffee sachets. Moreover, I didn't like the location either. Guys tend to get confused and end up lost when searching for the place. Apart from that, it's a good place. I like it since one can come with friends their and sleep for certain nights since guys are exploring different places in Naivasha.

  This place is really amazing! Great value for money, super tasty food - amazing fresh fish and the best chapattis in Kenya! The rooms are very comfortable and neat, and on top of everything it's right by the lake with beautiful views. The waiter Sammy is the best one, you should definitely visit this place!!

  Yummy food. Excellent location. You can hear the hippos in the morning. They will arrange for boat ride, do visit Crescent island. Room are clean and well maintained.

  Terrible place have ever been!!!! The mosquito net was torn,bed making noise, breakfast was horrible,Toilet doesn't flash well,The place is falling down and not worth what they are charging for.Terrible place to be!!!!not worth it🏃🏃🏃

  A two star hotel but with good affordable boat rides a nice bar where you can have drinks only approximately 50 mtrs from lake Naivasha,hippos are regular guest.
