    I appreciate the quality of service I get from Kennedy. Very good staff. Always a nice experience when i walk in for lunch. Also like that i can call and pre- order if i’m on limited time

    I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly, I also loved that the hotel had a gym and also facilitated our event really well everything was organized & smooth. The location is great too, close to the town center but still giving you a completely different, calmer vibe. Overall, it was a refreshing and enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

From the warm reception to the impeccable service, everything was handled with excellence. Special mention to Ken, our service attendant....his professionalism, attentiveness, and charm were a solid 10/10. He made the entire experience feel personal and elevated. The ambiance was serene, the food delicious, and the hospitality unmatched. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality service and a memorable dining experience in Machakos.
