  I had a disappointing experience while trying to book a stay at this resort. The marketing manager was unprofessional and quite rude, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I decided to book another resort instead. I expected better communication and courtesy, especially from someone representing the establishment.

  Was here for a corporate team building. The location is excellent only 40 minutes from Nairobi, in the heart of Kiambu County. Beautiful scenery with lots kf tea plantation. The food is fresh and flavorful, however the service and organisation skills of the hotel staff needs improvement. The staff were rather slow and looked overwhelmed by our numbers. Guess we were one of the few companies to visit the resort. This is a cool place one can visit with family, because they have a pool

  A great hotel at Lake Naivasha located on the bank of the lake. The rooms were good with adequate supply of water both hot and cold. The food was quite good and somewhat matched Indian tastebuds of ours. The service was also very good. The Masai group performed a show during dinner time with their typical attire and song and dance. Saw many birds of which the Hamerkop was unique. Brown feathers and the size of the bird was quite large. There is a small swimming pool inside with green lawn and quite a few number of trees. There was a bar at the lake side on the bank and it was great sitting there and enjoying the lake view during evening. Recommended.

  I have been at Burch's Camp so many times, yet every time it gets only better. The reception is warm, friendly and professional. The service is excellent and the food is sumptuous and so fulfilling. It is truly home.... The view of the African sunset on Lake Naivasha while at the balcony of my room was breathtaking! I would love to go back again and again!!!
