  This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed at Pride Inn Flamingo and Flamingo Partners before, but Pride Inn Nyali was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t sleep due to loud noise from Alcapone Club next to the hotel. The room lacked basic essentials like slippers and toothbrushes, and despite complaining, nothing was provided. To make matters worse, I was charged for a night I did not sleep at the hotel. I had already informed the night-shift administrator when I arrived at 2 a.m., and he assured me it was okay, but this was later reversed. Overall, a very poor experience. If you want good food and a quiet environment, I recommend Pride Inn Flamingo Shanzu or Pride Paradise instead.

  This is a family hotel, from the watchman at the gate, the General manager, the receptionists, the housekeepers, the pool staff etc made us feel welcome. The food was nice and there was a good variety. The staff involved in the kitchen and serving were awesome. The hospitality, the venue, the rooms etc was fantastic. I highly recommend.

  2 words, Polished & Professional... ​A massive thumbs up to the entire team at PrideInn Nyali for making our stay from December 24th to 28th, 2025, absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a level of professionalism and warmth that set the tone for our entire holiday. ​The security team deserves special applause; they provided a sense of safety while maintaining an incredibly welcoming and professional demeanor at the gate. This culture of excellence continued through the reception, the house keeping team, and the serving team. ​Special Mentions: ​Mr. Dennis (GM): A hands-on leader who ensured every guest felt personally cared for. Ms.​Harriet and Ms.Pamela for their ever-smiling face and warm greetings,their exceptional services and attention to detail which made us feel right at home. ​Mzee Musembi:A : A true gentleman of the highest order. His wisdom, gentle nature, added a layer of traditional Kenyan hospitality that was deeply touching. Mr.Cosmos for his smile and excellent service. ​ ​The food was delicious, the ambiance was serene, and the surprise visit from Father Christmas with goodies was the perfect crown to our stay.   Amazing customer service. The staff were really awesome with my 7 year old son. Thank you for the wonderful 7years birthday for my son! God bless. This is the place to be for my kids and I always when I visit Mombasa.

  We stayed here for 1 night before a flight from Moi International Airport. Pleasant stay and good breakfast. Safe location and gated hotel. They have a swimming pool, restaurant and bar area. It was clean and decent. Nice place and would stay again
