  Depending on what you are in Mombasa for the hotel could be conveniently located or not. Located in the town center one will experience a lot of noise and basically some not very good views from your room. It's an old hotel but I must commend the management for trying to maintain the rooms. The lift is tiny and old. The rooms are spacious with most basic needs. The hotel restaurant is dull and there is not much activity going on. The food is not great , bland breakfast with very limited choices. Check in and check out is very slow.

  Warm welcome by the whole team. Appreciations to the General Manager, Emmy, James, Mariam, Jean. Restaurant service also commendable, nice food. Got our parked breakfast on time. Well appointed, clean and spacious rooms. Good variety of TV channels in the room, with a directory that makes life easy. Thank you all for a good stay. It was truly 5 stars.

  A very beautiful hotel. Has ample parking for all it's customers. Parking is free of charge. Has ample wheelchair parking. It's a very good hotel and is convenient if you have your family. It's not harzadious to children. Their meals are awesome . Their menu is amazing. Their waiters are one of the best in Kenya, this is because they take enough time to serve their customers

  The bedrooms are amazing, and so is the bathroom....but that's about it. Besides from the wonderful way we were treated, there was nothing really to compliment it. There is no swimming pool whatsoever! The food was bellow average, and I had to wait 20 minutes just for a cup of tea, never mind the fact that it didn't even taste like tea, but rather grass. The food took a total of 40 minutes and was also really distasteful. If I hadn't been extremely hungry and the time been really late, I wouldn't have eaten there st all! I'm not a fancy person at all, but seriously, this was just acceptable. So To recap : Wonderful living space Wonderful treatment towards customers Bad food False advertising Takes very long in its own services I have given this a two star because for me, a three star is acceptable. There is nothing better than coming to your living space tired and hungry and then receiving food that doesn't make you gag. I must admit that the living area is wonderfully peaceful, and they leave you to be, unless if requested otherwise.

  It was lovely and enjoyable. Staff acted always with hospitality and quick to assist when stack. Rooms well maintained and clean nice to rest and TV programs were OK but can add more variety of channels. Food was OK with a variety to choose from. GOOD WORK!
