Friendly staff, good security, free wifi, and budget-friendly considering it's 5 minutes to SGR and 20 minutes to CBD. The food is very good, access to matatus and bodas is excellent — but the experience doesn't match the cost, water heaters don't work in some rooms, and you can get better services for the price elsewhere.
