Dustance from the main highway is quite long

Well located facility and very good service. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to the resort. I enjoyed good service again and host Kawira was most welcoming. Warning for those driving there with personal vehicle. Avoid the Kerugoya road approach as the road has been covered with uneven chunks of hardened bitumen which are difficult to drive on and the sharp edges could tear you tires. Also management, please control music volume at the resort - it is unnecessarily loud. Otherwise a pleasant place, great service and good breakfast.

This place is a hidden gem in Karatina town while being a mere couple of Kilometres from the town itself. Ask about the cottage if available. It has 3 rooms and sleeps 5 comfortably and 7 if use the couches too. You can cook your own food and bring your own drinks.

Everything could have gone wrong today with the food order but Dancan was quick to correct the mistake made by the chef who took our order. He was attentive and provided top notch service. Management should recognize him for his effort. For this reason I’d be happy to come back. Lovely spot and a hidden gem in Karatina Would be lovely to add more lighting on the garden and perhaps a fire pit to improve ambiance

Nice food, clean rooms. Well kept compound and beautiful landscaping all the way down to the river. Swimming pool underway, almost complete. Very friendly staff, especially Kevin who took his time to show us around. I highly recommend it anytime.
