  Had such a lovely experience at Barista & Co Riverside! My waiter, Lucy, was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely passionate about her service. She made me feel so welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. It’s rare to meet someone who serves with such kindness and a beautiful smile. Thank you, Lucy, for making my time there so special I’ll definitely be coming back because of you!

  I visited Barista & Co in Keystone Park and really enjoyed the space. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and a nice place to sit, relax, or get some work done. Service was good too. The only downside is the menu balance: it’s very high in sugar and fats and surprisingly low in protein options. If you’re looking for something gym-friendly, you’ll struggle a bit here. That said, the Espresso Coco is a standout. Easily one of the tastiest iced coffees I’ve ever had. Super refreshing, smooth, and definitely worth trying. Overall, a great café with an amazing drink, but I’d love to see more high-protein food choices added.

  Barista & Co is, hands down, one of the best brunch spots I’ve visited across all the countries I’ve been to. The atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and every detail—from the service to the plating—is spot on. The pastries are absolutely spectacular. Flaky, fresh, and full of flavor, each bite feels like it was crafted with love. But the real star of the show? The shakshuka. A complete delight—perfectly spiced, hearty, and comforting. If you’re in Nairobi, do yourself a favor and stop by. This place is a must-try and easily ranks among the city’s top culinary experiences.

  We love Barista & Co! The food is great and the staff is always friendly. Anything with the lotus is delicious! We won’t be returning to this location however. Below is a review I had for this shopping center. It doesn’t reflect on Barista & Co but is the reason we won’t be back. “The shops themselves are nice, but we just had a terrible experience with the guards at the walk-in entrance. We’ve visited multiple times before and have never been asked to register—nor do we have to register at any other shopping center. This time, the guards asked if we had been there before, insisted our number should be in the system, and when it wasn’t, they told us we had to register. We agreed, but instead of simply helping us through the process, one guard became hostile and unnecessarily rude to my wife, acting as if we were somehow the problem. His attitude made the situation far worse than it needed to be. Maybe it was poor interpersonal skills, but overall the interaction was frustrating and unprofessional.”

  Place is so cosy and the staff are amazing and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee is top notch. For sure I would give their service and drinks 5 star. No question. Food was very fresh and enjoyed all we had. Note outdoor seating. But they had the outdoor heaters.
