One of the best burgers in Kenya. Although buns are way too big and dominant in taste and the plate size was too small.

Biggest mall in Eldoret and lots of shops in the mall. Some kiosks also selling tourists stuff inside. At restaurant ground floor order a meat platter; chicken was raw though. Had to return it. Got stomach issues, not severe tho.

While I enjoyed other aspects of Big Square, I was uncomfortable with the attitude of some female staff members toward customers. Upon entering, the looks given felt judgmental and unwelcoming, which made the experience less pleasant. I hope this can be improved, as a warmer and more respectful first impression would make customers feel much more comfortable.

Quick pitstop with great service Stopped in Eldoret during a long, tiring journey and decided to grab a bite. The staff were super helpful and got our food out quickly. It looked great, tasted even better, and the sauce was deliciously savory. Unfortunately, the meat was a bit too tough for my liking (not my kind of Bsquare), but I’m definitely open to giving it another shot as I’ve never had complaints before. I’ll keep you posted!

My first time here and totally love it. The ambience, great choice of music, the customer service is excellent. They can do better on their pizza, but I loved their coffee. It's worth trying out, if you are in Eldoret.
