  Management needs to address its staffing or processes to avoid lengthy customer delays. This is an experience I had today. 27/6/2025. The staff were so rude. I took my aunt and uncle there for lunch. Aunt told me she could hear them say that we're not going to order based on how we were dressed, looking at the menu, and holding it. After eating, we ordered Minute Maid and three glasses, and she brought us three dirty plastic glasses. There were four other customers and they were all served with normal glasses. The server was rude to us from the minute she came to inquire what we were going to have.

  This hotel had nice food at first but right now it's bad, food is not fresh!! And no longer good at all. Plus the delays yet they're delaying warming the unfresh food.

  The bancie restaurant is the Best restaurant in town.with it's foods varieties to their customer services they are amazing... always sweet foods and clean environment.

  I have known this place for quite a long time now. There's something great about here and that is the location and not a really crowded restaurant. For quick meals and meet up this can be a good place while in Naivasha Town. These guys operate till very late late night if not 24hrs thereby making it a go-to when one is late to town.

  I recently visited Bancie Restaurant and had a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance was inviting, the service attentive, and the food delicious. While there were a few minor hiccups, overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a satisfying meal.Overall, while Bancie Restaurant has potential, there are areas that need improvement in order to provide a more satisfying dining experience., the service was slow, with long wait times between courses and difficulty getting the attention of our server.
