    Very good surroundings and very quite, peaceful place. Staff is also good and cooperative. Rooms facility need to improve and renovation is required.

    The hotel had an issue with the Booking and was unable to help. We waited 3h to get a refund and the manager James was of no help. He watched TV and watched videos on his phone while we handeled the situation. No customer service. Would not recommend this lodge as the managing team is not trustworthy.

    As a local traveller promoting domestic tourism I was quite disappointed by the services of this hotel. There was no value for money. The food was not the best. They have a small swimming pool and no baby pool. The place is more ideal for conferences and accommodating large groups of people since they have a number of conference rooms and probably not the best for holidays

    I liked the place..it's like a hidden Dem..in a very Seren place....I liked that they had a spot u could chill at...as u have a great view of the whole lake.. only that they will have to tighten the bolts ..coz I almost fell in that bench...other it's good....I enjoyed my stay...the staffs are very hospital...I would definitely recommend it....and would definitely be going back any day

    The place is an excellent location for a holiday break with easy access to the Lake and a breathtaking scenary. The staff are very welcoming and did their best to make our stay memorable. The access road from the main Nairobi highway to the resort is quite neglected and hopefully it will be improved. Otherwise a good destination..
