The food looks way better than it tastes... I had the jerk chicken and it smelt and tasted weird. The prices are on the affordable side but the quality is not giving value for money. Service is alright...there is pressure to order as soon as you sit but if you have a problem with your order, no one shows up If aesthetics is your thing, its a decent place

I went to Pronto for lunch . The place is not crowded and the food was brought in less than 10 minutes. It’s a very nice place to hang out with friends on a budget . And the quantity is a lot .

The location is good and they have more than enough space. I found the service very wanting. I cannot put my finger on it, but I did not enjoy my time here. They do not have none dairy option and on the day I went, they did not seem to have most of what I wanted. I settled for black coffee cause I could smell the coffee aroma so assumed the coffee was good and a vanilla muffin though this was not my first choice. The muffin was good. They served it warm and it was light and airy. Would definitely recommend it. The black coffee wasn't good. Did not like it one bit. I don't know if I would go back to this particular branch, but am open to try a different pronto for a meal.

This is a great Cafe, located just around the Nairobi CBD. They offer very delicious meals at affordable prices. The Cafe serves all sorts of drinks and foods. They also offer take outs for most fast foods. The staff are friendly and the chefs are definitely qualified.
