Service at the Artcaffe’ restaurant at Westgate is always spot on especially during the salt mornings. The attention to detail by the staff but especially the managers like Lydia is spot on. I would also recommend their second facility in the same Mall on the 1st floor though it can get a bit noisy unlike the main restaurant because of it’s surroundings. Server Anne Kiraki was always spot on!

Food portions are better than the other branches across Nairobi. They could do better with options of food with tofu, soya and paneer for vegetarians. Ambience is mostly noisy but not too bad. Service is good, food could come faster but waiters Obed and Evelyne are great! Good service with a lot of flexibility. Keep it up!

This place is good Serves tasty food with a whole heart. Only thing I believe could have been better is the fries/chips with the fish& chips but it was bad either The staff is excellent. Location is fantabulous One would spend around 2400-2500 KSH for two Outdoor seating is relaxing.
